Best I've tried Worth every penny

Very satisfactory underwear

What can I say about underwear? Well. These are extremely comfortable. They're lightweight and the elastic is covered -- nothing touching my skin. The fit is better than I could've hoped for. No tugging every time I stand up, to get everything back in place. I'd forgotten what it was like to have comfort in the nether regions. As far as protection against incontinence is concerned: so far, so good. I'm really happy with them. If there's any change, I'll report back.

Useful for accidental minor leaks

My husband has recently had a surgery and now has urinating accidents every now and then. These underpants do not provide complete protection and definitely cannot replace adult diapers. They are good as a short term solution for minor leaks. I like that they are made of 95% cotton and not synthetic materials. I also like that there are five briefs in a pack because you need to hand wash them and dry on a line, which takes a while. XL fits my husband as expected, true to size.

The underwear works well. It’s weird, sometimes when I’m having drinks, I have a spasm blurting small drops of urine that shows a spot on your pants. Also, who wants to piss their pants ? Nobody ! This is an answer for your dignity. The internal pad absorbs and it’s not wet feel. Try one and experiment.
